After delaying many home repairs inside and outside of our home during the height of COVID we were fortunate to Welton Capitelli to help us with a wide variety of
tasks. He arrived ontime, was polite,courteous
and took on all the tasks we needed to ad-
dress. He replaced several light fixtures inside
and out working on ladder, powerwashed a
large seriously neglected pool cage and deck,
restored and painted a heavy large outdoor
sculpture, installed retractable hose and other
items into exterior stucco wall, replaced water
fixture, and performed a number of heavy out-
door gardening tasks. His work is superior.
We have asked him to place us on a regular
schedule to perform all of our ongoing handy-
